[Veritas-bu] 6.5.2 Patch for ICS?

Looking at the downloads section I do not see an ICS patch for 6.5.2, or 6.5.1 even. There are ones for Japanese and Chinese languages, but I need English. I thought it might be included in one of the other patches (M or CLT), but it doesn't seem to be as it's not mentioned in the readme. Am I just missing it? Appreciate any help.
