Well I think mine should likely be set up similar to yours
(unpartitioned, so scsi0 maybe needs to be created?).   Did you have the
onsite tech installing ask you any specific questions during the install
for configuring the library?  

I wasn't around during the install, but I have a feeling all the guy did
was remove the shipping brackets, connect a few fibre up, made sure the
thing booted and then booked it.

Sounds like a library configuration issue. Mine says:

Reserver: scsi0
Association: scsi0

Because I have an unpartitioned library, with host interface type
FC-SCSI, all components belong to partition "scsi0". Does yours have
multiple partitions or an incorrect host interface type configured?
