[Veritas-bu] Client software not responding error.

I am configuring a new backup server running Netbackup Pro 3.51.30 running on
Windows 2003 Server R2.
The Netbackup software is setup and the client install package has been created.
I have installed the Netbackup client onto the client machine running Windows
2000.
I can run an initial backup from either the client or from the backup server
console. I added and deleted a few files then attempted to run a new backup
from the console. The backup failed with a Client Software not responding
error message.
I have the Authentication Mode set for Trusted Environment, excluded the Cache
file from the anti-virus scan and can ping the server and client from each
other.
Does anyone have any idea what I am missing?
