Ah - well - before they supplied it, I just copied the rsh version and edited it to change all the "rsh" to "ssh" and "rcp" to "scp". 
 
That works.
 
These days, though, I usually just put the client install package out there & install from there - easier to copy that out there than it is to get all the ssh setup and then torn down afterward.

/usr/openv/netbackup/client/<OS>/<version>/ssh_to_client.

How do you install client files over to the secure clients (is without disabling ftp / enabling ftp using svcadm)?
I.e.  install_client_files   script but using  scp
