FYI, there was an e-mail sent out to those subscribed, there are some ZFS issues addressed in 6.5.2:

-Veritas NetBackup Server / Enterprise Server: 6.5 and 6.5.1, Solaris 10

clients where Zeta file system (zfs) partitions are mounted
