Reboot the client (if at all possible) ?
Sometimes, when enabling logging, you need to restart the netbackup
client service too :-)

Bpbrm is set to level 5 logging, no logs are being generated tho. I
suspect the backup server is out of memory to accommodate the restore.

Anything in the client event logs, or any indication that the box is
causing other issues?
Enable logging BPBRM I think you may need.

Restores have worked previously with no issues. I have attempted
restoring to the host that was backed up as well as locally to the
master server. The restore fails after approx 7 min. Will attempt a
single file restore.

Has a restore ever worked properly?  Are you restoring it to the host
that 
you backed it up from or a different host?  How long did you wait for
it 
to restore?  Have you tried restoring a single file instead of a large

dataset to see if that helps?
