[Veritas-bu] Status code 28 (failed trying to fork a process) NBU 6.5.1

Our environment is Netbackup version 6.5.2; HP-UX 11.31 (11i v3). We have been getting intermittent status code 28 errors we have opened up a case with Symantec but haven’t heard anything yet. We cycle NetBackup and things clear up for about a week and then we get the code 28’s again. Anyone out there seen this problem?
