Sorry couldn't give you the complete information.

We have a master server with Netbackup 6.0 and 4 media server. This problem is 
coming on 1 media server and with a particular client only. This client is 
backed up over a WAN Link. Since we have our master server in 1 location and 
media server in other location. We have been trying to resolve the issue 
ourselves only till now we have not logged the call with symantec.
