I'm using this command under 6.5.1:

vmchange -e -sec 1 -res -m $MEDIAID -mt $TYPE -rt tld -rn $LIBR -rh 
<MASTERSERVER> -v $GRP -rc1 $SLOT 

Been using something pretty much like that since the 3.4 days.
