About 9462 files into a restore, tar is failing with a valloc error 15. I'm run 
several queries against the symantec site, and am not fiding anything pertinent 
to this problem.

I can watch the top output and see that tar fails when it uses all the system 
memory.

Server was running 6.5 on RHEL 2.6.9-55.0.6.ELsmp. I've upgraded to 6.5.1, and 
there is no change in the problem.

Any suggestions appreciated.
