Thanks Marianne.
We have many servers unix and windows ( more than 500 ) and there
are many issues resulting of a bad entry in the exclude_list files.
I am sure that I am not alone to have this problems :-)
Is someone has write a perl script ( for unix and windows ) to make
a central report of this files ?
or another solution .....
Many thanks,
Didier

Exclude lists can only live on the clients (text file on Unix, registry
entry on Windows). The client has to generate and send the backup data,
therefore it has to know what to exclude.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] how to centralize all exluce_list ?
Hi all,
I search for a solution to centralize all the exclude_list on the
Netbackup Master server.( this is more easy to make periodic checks ...
)
Do you know the solution ?
Netbackup 5.1 and 6
