Reminds me of old science book I read once.

It said that phrases like the speed of light while they imply definite
constants do NOT imply definite scales.   That is to say it is just as
valid to specify the speed of light in Kilometers/hour, miles/sec or
furlongs/fortnight.   I always loved the idea of expressing speeds in
furlongs/fortnight to confuse people.

Much like using words to give examples of the letters to spell out a
word someone didn't understand (funnier when said out loud):

CAT
C as in Czar (zar)
A as in Aesop  (esop)
T as in Tsunami (sunami)
