As long as the schedules are part of the same policy, you are correct.
The incremental will be all of the changes since that Wednesday Full.

Guys can people just confirm something.

If i have a full backup using a weekly_full tape pool and say run it on 
a Saturday.

Then have cumulative incremental running in the week using a daily_inc 
pool on Sunday -> Saturday (obviously the full will run on the Saturday 
as its the schedule seen less often)

Now if i have another full backup run on the Wednesday using a 
weekly_offsite tape pool isnt it true that the incremental on the 
Thursday will be an incremental but it will only back up files since the

offsite full and not the full from the Saturday correct?

Just get some back up before vent my concerns ;)
