Thank you so much for the assistant. i finally get what i want now.thanks to 
you guys.

but one more thing.. to detect the media is FULL or not, is it use the 
bpgetmedia command also?is it any command to list all the the FULL media in the 
Master server, so i can easily detect and eject them all at once without 
checkng all the volume pools.
