You have "Small & Medium Business" tab highlighted (hence the smb in the
url you gave).  Symantec doesn't target NBU at the SMB space.  Click on
Enterprise -> Backup & Recovery -> Key Products, and you'll see
NetBackup.

This is one of the unfortunate things of the merger.  What used to be
the cash cow of Veritas is not the cash cow of Symantec, and it's
relegated to the back of the bus.  You see how easy it is to find Backup
Exec.  Symantec gets that because it fits right into how they've always
sold: shrink-wrapped Windows software.  But NetBackup with all its
complexity is apparently too confusing, so it's almost like they're
making it hard to find.

As to what I told you to look for, it's not that hard to find release
notes, as they're in the documentation/support pages.  From the main
page, click on Support -> NetBackup -> enter NetBackup Enterprise Server
in the dialogue box (I know, redundant), then select Documentation from
the list at the right.  Then select Manuals & Documentation, 6.5,
English, and you'll see a list of docs.  The link to the release notes
for 6.5 is on the second page:
