Yes frozen media can be read anytime with any NBU process. They cannot

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Intentionally Frozen Media - Can it accept a
ReadRequest
Question to the group:
Can intentionally frozen media respond to a mount request for a "read"
only process during a Vault copy operation?
I think it should be able to.
Thanks,
Scott
