Windows clustering relies on the same OS, platform,
hardware config, drivers, ect !
Not aware of any other type of cluster software that integrates
3rd party with different types of systems.
One would guess Unix is the same (Service Guard comes to mind). As
far as I knew, it would run on Unix (ie: 2 types of Unix
perhaps)

Hi
I have windows server as master server and unix servers as master.Is
there any possibilites to confiure the cluster in veritas netbackup with two
different platform ( windows and solaris). Pls advise me whether i should have
the same hardware and OS.
