Yes, but not in the same policy. Just create two policies, using separate storage units that are associated with different media servers on the different subnets. The two media server could be on the same physical machine that is addressed by alias names (e.g. backup01, backup02, both which reside on backup)

Can I split backup network traffic over two NICS? I know I can specify backup traffic go over a different NIC than regular network traffic.
