I had to open a case to find this out, to turn off ALL logging (or as much 
as possible, do this):

to turn off logging
cd /opt/VRTSicsco/bin
./vxlogcfg -a -p 51216 -o ALL -s DebugLevel=0
./vxlogcfg -a -p 51216 -o ALL -s DiagnosticLevel=0
./vxlogcfg -a -p 50936 -o ALL -s DebugLevel=0
./vxlogcfg -a -p 50936 -o ALL -s DiagnosticLevel=0

/opt/VRTSpbx/bin/pbxcfg -s -l 1

## Special note for PBX!!!
-l 0 = for Solaris and other UNIX besides Linux
-l 1 = for Linux
