We also do this.

Basically we've got the ops folks assigning "onsies" to server admins,
for 41, 57, 58, 59, or whatever
When the fertilizer hits the ventilation, and we get a backup window
where 10 servers fail with the same error code, it comes to me, since
it's more than like infrastructure related.....status 96, 50, 219, etc.
