For starters, there is no 6.1.  You'll need to upgrade from 4.5 to 5.x (I
think you can go to 5.1 directly but you'll need to verify this) and then go
to 6.0MP4.  Start your planning at the 6.0 upgrade portal on the Symantec
NetBackup support site.
