Well, that depends on exactly what kind of connections you were hoping
to have, but basically I'm just talking about specifying them in the
policy.

Each of your media servers will be configured as a (at least one)
separate storage unit.  So you could create Storage Unit Groups that
list them in the preferred order.  Then you assign that SUG as the
destination Policy storage unit within the policy.

If one of your media servers is down, the SUG should allow the clients
to back up to the other media server via it's configured storage unit.

You'd want to test that this does what you hope it does.
