NTDS is quite an important folder - in essence it would contain ALL the
information about the Domain Controller and all objects in your AD
environment.
So yes, if its being skipped you have a big big problem.
Just re-reading the post, why is the client software on 4.5 fp6 - at the
bare min you should have the same client software as your master and the
applicable maintenance pack!
Is there a reason for this??
If you value your domain - best to act fast :-)
