You would group them accordingly, yes.

The idea is to put all of your storage units (media servers) into a group 
to better distribute the load and chance for fail-over/etc.

However, if you only put mediaA (1 server/tape drive) into its own 
storage unit group, then if it fails or it goes down, it should use the 
other devices.
