Hi,

Not sure if this will help, but...

If you have:
a) 6.0 environment, and
b) a media and master server that are on opposite sides of a f/w

Then, the PBX port (1556/tcp) likely needs to be allowed between the 
master and media hosts.

This is in addition to any vnetd settings and port(s). We have seen it 
(not allowing 1556 through) result in a 41 error in similar circumstances.
