The exchange team are upgrading there servers from Windows 2000 to
Windows 2003.

During the upgrade process they are planning to have one node 1 at
Windows 2000 and the other node at Windows 2003.

Netbackup is installed on the X:\ drive which is shared between the
clusters.

The version of Netbackup on each node is currently - 5.1 MP3

I have two questions from the Netbackup point of view:

Question 1

Is it possible to have different version of Windows OS and still perform
Backups and restores, while failing over the package between the nodes?

Question 2

Is it possible to have different versions of NB software on both nodes
e.g?

            Windows 2000 5.1 MP3 Windows 2003 5.1 MP5

Kind Regards
