Try the exact time the window opens...  3:00:00.

NetBackup is very particular.

nbpemreq -predict -date 12/16/2006 5:00:00

And it came up empty, although I have one schedule
that is supposed to to start at 3AM on 16th with a 18
hour window and frequency of 2 days. Then I followed
the tech note from Veritas

 and increased the window to go past midnight. Still
no luck. 

Any one experienced this already?
