[Veritas-bu] Catalog DR Restorings Failing from Disk (UNC) DSU

The problem with this is that I needed to use a
service account to access a UNC-based DSU.  Even
though I set the access on the share and the file
system to Everyone-all, I still needed a service
account-- any service account-- to access the DSU
properly.
