Uninstall the software, put the IP and the hostname (hostname and
hostname.domainname) to the /etc/hosts and retry the installation
If you have support you can open a case. They don?t check if you have pay for
the product you open the case. They just see that you have support.
A customer has bought a client with support and then opens a case for an SQL
server.
