I suggest first that you see about getting some training.
Take a look at

Look at the manuals.

Other than that, look for similarities with Legato.  All backup systems do 
pretty much the same thing.

Hello all, for past 7 years I was using legato, changed jobs and we have 
netbackup, could someone recommend any good starting points to help jump 
start 
my experience with netbackup? Are any good resource pages out there? Any 
tutorials? Scripts? Anything to help would will be greatly appreciated.
