Can you clarify something? In the Exchange Admin Guide for the install, it
talks about installing the client, but is there a REQUIREMENT to install
EXCHANGE 2003 FIRSt before installing the NetBackup client?

Simon is correct. The software is on the Windows CD and the binary is
automatically installed. The license key, when added to the Master server,
will unlock the function and the Exchange policy can be configured.

Got a license, but no software and cannot seem to find anything on Symantec
site that allows me to download it.
Does anyone have a hard link to use?
