DLO is not an upgrade to netbackup professional. I never understood why veritas 
stop a product with so many capabilities as NBU PRO.  
Now after 3 or more years they had stop NBU PRO, they introduce the real 
successor.

NetBackup PureDisk Remote Office Edition.

Give it a try. It has binary consolidation, incremental with delta technologies 
and all futures made the NBU PRO one of the better products ever.  
Unfortunately is more expensive than the DLO
