Could be any (old) version of any (old) distribution (as 2.2.19 is a 
very old kernel).

Check for existence of file

/etc/redhat-release
/etc/SuSE-release
/etc/debian_version
/etc/slackware-version

and "cat" the file, then you'll know distribution and version
