Well Windows is poor and gets badly fragmented!
 
Unix (from what I hear) seems to be better :-)

When going from Disk-to-Disk or utilizing the Staging area has anybody ran
into any fragmentation problems?  If so are there advantages of Unix over
Windows or vice versa in regards to fragmentation?
