Hi,
The customer wants to use unicenter NSM 3.1 log agent or eTrust audit 8
to
capture NB logs and to create a case on a CA helpdesk automatically.
So,
the customer wants to know the format of the log files which NB
creates.
If it is possible, they want to use SNMP trap. could you please tell
the
best way for that purpose.
