Guys
Still not fully convinced my problems are fully resolved now (go one step
forward, 2 steps back!)
 
Done a full backup, that completed with NO problems.
Ran an Cumulative_Incr and found 2 streams still running, for the past 2
hours.
Its clearly working as the amount of KB is increasing. 
 
Problem only started since this server was bought online. all other streams
finished within an hour.
 
Something I was going to try was rather an setting backups to run for
archive bit, set for Date / Time.
But should I let this run on ? I guess so, and see what happens later this
evening, assuming this completes ok!
 
Another thing, should a SAN MEDIA SERVER fail with status 40 and 41 (Network
related problems) ?
