[Veritas-bu] Tape drive down before 6.0 upgrade, missing after?

Subject:	[Veritas-bu] Tape drive down before 6.0 upgrade, missing after?

After upgrading from 5.1 to 6.0, the drives that were DOWN now show up as 
missing? I can manually add it and up it but then it goes DOWN and missing 
again, is this just how it looks in 6.0 when a drive goes down?

The second drive (06) was up before and after the upgrade.
