For consistency, I would recommend applying to all Master and Media Servers
and clients where possible.

It may be that MP5 adds some functionaility that a client or Media Server
may lose out on.

Don't believe it will NOT stop working as a result :-) for example, I use
some old NBU 3.4 clients MP1 that get backed up to a 5.1 MP2 Master!

Just means the client doesn't get any fancy features.

I used NBU 5.1 and am currently at MP5.  We have 1 master, 1 media and are a
windows shop.  I was looking at the read me and it seems the MP needs to
only be installed on the master...is that correct?  Just wanted to get a
