[Veritas-bu] Duplicate images from LTO3

Please could some one tell me how i can search for backup id's on a
paticular LTO3 tape and then duplicate them to an LTO1 tape and make a
primary copy.
 
Environment 
Solaris 8 Master server
Netbackup 5.1 MP3
