Do you mean its backing up a CLIENT DRIVE in the Policy? Or do you mean a
TAPE DRIVE?? 
If it's the client drive that is being backed up every 20 times, check your
policy frequency perhaps?

Im having a problem with a policy which backs up 4 drives on the server and
one of the drives it backed up 20 times last night. Both media and client
