Looks like one of your catalog stores is not in a good state.

Try running it manually - twice if you have both stores configured.

Does the Netbackup Problem report show anything specific?
Wonder if its worth deleteding the paths in the catalogue backup and 
re-entering them again? (all of them)

Windows 2000 
Netbackup 5.1 MP 3 (no vault) 
STK L40 / SDLT 320 drives 
Approximately 3 times a week I am getting a status 124 when attempting to 
backup the Netbackup catalog.  The backup runs the normal length of time 
and then errors at the end. 
My Absolute Pathnames are: 
D:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\db 
D:\Program Files\VERITAS\Volmgr\database 
D:\Program Files\VERITAS\Netbackup\var 
D:\Program Files\VERITAS\Volmgr\vm.conf 
I have already rebuilt the D:\Program 
Files\VERITAS\Netbackup\db\config\sync file twice.  It helps for a day or 
two and then the issue pops up again.
Any resolution is greatly appreciated.
