The BPTM log shows the error and what tape drive the tape was mounted
on. I think however, that the D:\VERITAS\NetBackup\db\media\errors file
contains the exact information needed.
Now we just need to figure out why there are so many media errors.
Cleaning the drives helped some. Also I found out that some tapes with
previous media errors were being reused. However,
I still have too many errors (compared to other environments) occurring
on 2 different drives. The BPTM log normally shows the following error:
