Speaking of Calendar vs frequency, how does everyone do their end of
month backups? / End of year? Do you use calendar and schedule or
frequency? I've got two types of policies here, one where they've set
"Last Day of the Month" or even manually selected dates (ARGH!) and some
others use "once a month."

I'm the 4th guy to take over the backups here in a year so there are
quite a few different configurations!! =P

bppllist only helps if you only use calendar-based scheduling. If
you're using frequency-based scheduling, which most of us do, then it's
next to impossible to figure out.

So yes, you answer your first question, but it likely won't help you
determine what you're looking for.
