I've gotten the packet dump output into a different format for analysis,
and here are my observations.
Step 1: The media server initiates the connection on the client's bpcd
port (13782). They set up the connection and the media pushes data down
to the client (schedule, policy, etc - I'm guessing). This simply ends
with an ack for the last fragment of data pushed.
Step 2: Then, the client connects back to the media server's vnetd port
(13724). They set up the connection with a successful 3-way handshake,
and then the media server immediately sends a reset. The client tries
to push data to the media server twice, but both receive a reply of
reset.
Step 3: The media server returns to Step 1.
Troubleshooting:
My thoughts on troubleshooting this is to do the following:
1. Verify the integrity of the vnetd binary.
2. Reconfigure one of the clients to use standard ports instead of
vnetd to see if that changes anything.
Other suggestions/insights?
Thanks,
Jason

Different from 5.0 to 5.1 I suppose.
You should have "use VNETD for Connect back" or whatever it says
"checked"
