This isn't really NBU related, but figured someone here could help out.
We need to start doing system configuration backups to local DAT drives =
on our HP9000 machines. We've got 2 machines with slightly older DAT4 =
drives, and one brand-new machine with a DAT72 drive. To ensure =
compatibility on all machines, we'd like to go with DDS4 tapes. I've =
been trying to find reviews for the different brands of DDS4 media, and =
had trouble finding anything concrete. I'm currently looking at Sony or =
TDK right now. Can anyone give me a recommendation on what brand of =
DDS4 worked well for them in the past, especially if you've used HP SCSI =
DAT drives.
Thanks in advance,
Skip
