[Veritas-bu] Teradata agent backups and bpend

  We've set up backups for a Teradata server using the Teradata agent.
However, using the bpend_notify.bat script for the Teradata default
policy does not seem to be working. I know there are some peculiarities
with the Teradata agent, but does this include not being able to execute
the bpend scripts?
