[Veritas-bu] Error Code 96

Verify your tapes are not FROZEN. I like to use the canned Media Summary
report and then use Excel to sort out all the frozen tapes and put them
all in a batch file using bpmedia to unfreeze them.

Alright, for some reason today I am seeing code 96, now I have plenty of
scratch tapes and I have actually moved the scratches into this tape
pool that it is trying to use and still I am getting code 96. Nothing
has been changed in the environment, the policy is 2 years old and
nothing has changed on it.=20
