A full backup of a disc containing about 250Gb of data completes with 
few if any problems. However, when I try doing an incremental, it 
will start to backup, but then all network communication stops e.g. - 
it won't answer a ping, or do a dns lookup when pinging from it. The 
processor load is very little. When the bpbkar process is terminated 
however, network communication immediately returns.

as anyone come across this before or have any wise words?
