Why can't you do FULLs more often?

If it's a backup window thing, then it might be a good candidate for
Synthetic FULLs.

        I've been corrected, this is how it works:

        So essentially this would be what we want, by using
differential-incrementals in between cumulatives we will save tapes.  By
using cumulative's we don't have to worry about restoring 1-90 backups.

        The benefit of this is we only have to restore the last
cumulative as it marks all of the changes from the last full.

        So in my example below, we'd restore like as someone on the
auburn ML said, the full, cumulative and 29+30+31 incremental.
