I haven't tested, but as I read in NBU6 in every backup that produce many
streams, first a parent steam will came up and then all data steams will
follow. This parent stream will finish after the last data stream finish (as
a vault job now does). You can point the bpent_notify to check if the
initiator is this parent job. 
Again I haven't tested, but I think that with NBU 6, a very simple script
will do the job
